Refund policy

At Marquez Collective, we want you to love your purchase. We accept returns on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital products
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
• Final sale items (if marked)

Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.
